• We process & ship online orders 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) via Australia Post Standard & Express services.
• Most orders will be shipped same day if placed before the daily cut-off time of 2:00pm AWST.
• Orders placed on Weekends & Public Holidays are shipped on the next available business day. 
• You may cancel an order provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please get in contact via phone or email to do so. 
• Signature upon delivery required (Authority to Leave not set)

• Free Standard shipping for orders over $50 
• Standard shipping + signature on delivery (2-7 business days*) 
• Express shipping + signature on delivery (1-3 business days*)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any unclaimed orders (Returned To Sender) will require a fee to redeliver.
